A screenshot of an online Zoom-style video call grid showing a daily yoga and puja session. Seven video tiles show participants smiling and gesturing, several with hands in anjali mudra and one with a red bindi. Tiles show home interiors with curtains, shelves and a ceiling fan. The top-right tile shows a man with a grey beard and bare chest, with a crown-like orange image of a saffron-clad figure and a golden deity murti behind him on the screen. Another tile shows a golden mountain backdrop behind a smiling woman.

A grid of nine video-call tiles from an online yoga and puja session. Participants sit or stand in their homes: a woman with dark hair at top left, a grey-haired woman with glasses in a cane-furnished room at top centre, a man with long dreadlocks pressing palms together at top right, a young woman in a black top at middle left, a man in a black shirt at bottom left, and a man in a red shirt smiling at bottom centre. A tile at centre shows a woman in a black top with palms joined before a backdrop of a saffron-robed figure beside a mountain and an ornate golden deity shrine. Another small tile shows a Kedarnath-style temple with flames and a man bare-chested, and a lower tile shows a woman with grey hair seated in padmasana with palms together against a saffron mountain backdrop. The saffron-robed figure is a painted backdrop element, not a clearly visible person.
