A home shrine table with no physical people visible. A framed photograph at upper left shows a smiling man with long dark hair in an orange robe and beaded necklace, raising one hand before a banyan root backdrop; a portrait on the right shows a blue-skinned Shiva with trident and a white bull, with a Ganesha figure. In front, a printed picture of a seated man in red-and-gold ornate clothing and red turban sits on an embroidered cushion, next to a folded rust-coloured cloth with a jewelled brooch. Brass deity statuettes, white jasmine flowers, a lit oil lamp, a small bowl of offerings, a crystal, and a white candle complete the altar.2021-03-01A home shrine set up for daily padukas puja, photographed as a photo of an altar. In a gold-framed print at the back, a smiling man with long dark hair wears an orange robe and a beaded garland, one palm raised, in front of tree roots. To its right, a painting shows deity Shiva with trident, cobra and white bull, with Ganesha seated on his lap. Two embroidered cushions stand in front, one with a small printed portrait of a seated figure in a gold arch, and a rust-coloured shawl folded on the right. On the glass-topped table are white jasmine flowers, an oil lamp with a lit wick, small gold deity figures, a brass bell, a metal peetha with padukas-style sandal shapes, and a bowl of food. A plain no-people altar scene.2021-03-02 +1 copiesKAILASA SAN FERNANDO, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO on 3/21/20212021-03-21 +1 copiesKAILASA SAN FERNANDO, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO on 3/22/20212021-03-22 +1 copiesA home altar photographed head-on with no people present. A framed photograph in a gold frame shows a smiling man with long dark hair in an orange robe and beaded necklace, one hand raised, before a banyan-root backdrop; a printed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" is not visible, so this is a portrait of a man with appearance cues (long swept hair, orange clothing, necklace) that makes him a probable Swamiji depiction. Beside it hangs a poster of Shiva with trident and cobra, seated with a white bull and a Ganesha figure. In front, two embroidered cushions in maroon and blue support small printed holy cards of a seated figure in orange. A folded rust-coloured turban with a pearl brooch rests on a glass shelf among brass Ganesha and deity figurines, frangipani flowers, a lit oil lamp, a small bowl of offering and a candle in a glass, with a silver puja box in front.2021-03-15 +1 copiesPhoto 82836162021-02-17 +1 copiesHome shrine photograph with a framed portrait of a smiling man with long dark hair in an orange robe and beaded necklace, raising one hand before a banyan root backdrop. In the centre is a silver-toned padukas stand with a small golden figure of a deity murti, flanked by a gold figure of a seated deity. A framed photograph of a smiling man with long dark hair, wearing an orange robe and a beaded necklace, raises one hand in front of a tree with aerial roots; he is shown as a depiction on the wall, not physically present. Nearby a maroon folded cloth rests beside a smaller framed image of a seated figure in red robes beneath an arch, and a pink-and-blue embroidered cushion sits against the wall. Behind them a painting shows Shiva with a trident and snake, a white bull, and a seated child deity, and a purple crystal figure sits on the left. No people are physically present.2021-04-24 +1 copies
