A group photograph inside a temple hall with gold-painted carved pillars and a golden arched shrine framing a deity murti decorated with red garlands. Many devotees stand in front of the shrine holding brass plates of fruit, offerings and small lamps. Women wear saris in green, pink, red, yellow and orange, and a few men wear white dhoti. A boy in white kurta and a girl in red dress stand near the front. A table holds banana leaves, bowls and fruit offerings. No person is clearly identifiable as a person in this crowd, so no candidate is marked.

Devotees gather in a plain cinder-block room before a golden statue seated on a throne with a red-and-gold turban, long ornate necklace and raised hand, flanked by golden lion-like guardian figures. Several people kneel and stand with hands in anjali mudra, some wearing white and orange saris, a man in a maroon shirt and an older man in a blue jacket. In front stands a framed photograph on a pink-draped table with rows of lit oil lamps, flowers and a tray with pearl garlands. Behind them stand white marble statues of Krishna with a flute and other deity figures, and a white cloth hangs beside the shrine. A child in a grey shirt joins in prayer.
