A devotee's hand, bearing a blue tattoo, pours yellow liquid from a golden vessel onto a dark stone deity murti in an abhishekam. The murti, a standing figure with a shaved or close-cut head, is coated in turmeric-yellow liquid that streams over its face, shoulders and draped garment, with a gold-coloured necklace hanging on its chest. Behind it is an ornate gilded arch with repoussé scrollwork and a red cloth, and a clear plastic wrap covers part of the figure. No physical people are visible beyond the hand and forearm.2021-11-20KAILASA SAN JOSE, USA on 11/20/20212021-11-20A dark stone deity murti with a yellow-coated face and body is being bathed in turmeric or yellow liquid poured from a golden kalasha held by a hand with a tattoo.
