July 27 20062006-07-27Night-time outdoor darshan at an open-air event. A figure in saffron-orange robes, orange turban and rudraksha malas sits at a raised stage, smiling and extending his hand to a man in white kurta who bows and reaches toward him. Behind them, a red box holds rudraksha malas and small items, and a plate with offerings sits on the stage. Other devotees in white, some wearing saffron shawls and rudraksha necklaces, stand by, and a large crowd fills the background under floodlights. A portrait of a saffron-robed figure is displayed on a stand at the left.2010-01-10December 08 20092009-12-08A photograph of an indoor hall with a white ceiling and a standing fan at upper right. In the foreground a man with long, swept-back black hair wears an orange sleeveless garment with a gold necklace and reads from a small pink paper in his hands, with another paper held in his other hand. Beside him stands a shaved-headed man in white ritual clothing with an orange-red shawl and a brown rudraksha mala, looking down at the papers. Behind them, several people in white clothes with orange shawls stand and sit in the background, and a bald man in white with a rudraksha mala is visible at left. Swamiji (probable): the foreground figure with long hair, orange garment and gold necklace, shown reading papers.2010-07-24A photograph of two men in close conversation indoors at a gathering, with a ceiling fan and other people in white visible behind them. The man on the left is bald with a red tilak on his forehead, wearing white ritual clothing, an orange shawl over one shoulder and a rudraksha mala. He looks down at a small white object, possibly a card, held near his chest. The man on the right has long, swept-back black hair and wears a sleeveless saffron-orange garment with an ornate gold necklace. He points at a white object he holds with his other hand, smiling.2010-07-24December 11 20112011-12-11A photograph of an indoor event in a marble-walled hall. A man seated at left wears a red-orange dhoti and shawl with gold trim, a gold-beaded garland, and a reddish headband, and holds out a small object toward a visitor. Two shaved-headed monks in saffron-orange robes with rudraksha malas stand behind him, one checking a mobile phone. At right, a smiling man in a white shirt holds a small card, and an older man with glasses and a white moustache in white clothing stands beside him. In the foreground, an open orange tray holds silver-coloured items and red objects, next to a polished metal stand. The seated man has no confirmed identity from the image, so a person candidacy is uncertain.2012-05-10July 27 20062006-07-27September 26 20062006-09-26August 09 20092009-08-09A photograph of a temple or ashram hall with red curtains and a gilded shrine in the background. In the foreground, a man with a long-haired, bare-chested figure in an orange and yellow saffron cloth and a large rudraksha mala with silver beads and gold-toned bracelets extends an arm toward a wooden box or offering table. A man in a white shirt with a rudraksha mala and a red tilak bows his head beside him, and a woman in orange robes stands at the left edge with her back to the camera. Several men in white shirts, a bald man with white tilak marks, and boys with white forehead markings stand around them. The shaved-headed figures wear saffron cloth.2013-08-18A long-haired figure in a saffron-orange shawl wrapped over the shoulders and multiple gold-beaded rudraksha-style necklaces stands at the centre, extending a folded white paper or prasadam to a row of men in white shirts and white dhotis with hands folded in greeting. Behind him a shaved-headed attendant in a saffron cloth and beaded necklace stands by a tray of fruit, and an older man in white with an orange shawl is visible at right. The setting is an indoor hall with a projection screen and blue drapery. The central figure matches the probable Swamiji appearance cues of swept-back long hair, saffron clothing and ceremonial beads, and is presented as the one giving prasadam to devotees.2011-02-27
