Photo 11743763 +1 copiesA photograph of a freshly moulded clay figure lying flat on a white board, shown from above. The brown, roughly modelled human torso and head has a rough face with a prominent nose and mouth, and its surface is dotted with small golden droplets of liquid. A dark hollow sits at the belly area. Loose soil and stones are visible at the left edge of the frame. No people are visible in the scene.2018-02-02June 18 20132013-06-18Overhead photo of a children's clay modelling activity on a blue cloth-covered table. Brown wet clay is shaped into small cups, a cylinder, a gear-like wheel and blocky forms. Two child hands reach into the frame from the bottom, and a child's arm in an orange-and-red patterned sleeve appears at the right edge. A green sprig lies at the upper right and a plastic cup of yellow liquid sits at the upper left. No a person candidate is visible.2006-05-05A photograph of several wet clay moulds laid out on a blue and white checked cloth on bare ground. Each mould holds a sculpted figure in relief, with limbs and bodies pressed into soft brown clay. A taller clay form with a hollow cylindrical top sits at the upper right, and a larger lump of clay lies at the upper left. Sand, gravel and a white cloth surround the arrangement. No people are visible, and no event or ritual is shown beyond the sculpting work.2013-06-07June 11 20132013-06-11 +1 copiesA child's hands are working with brown clay on a large white sheet laid on the floor. Several lumps and small clay sculptures are scattered across the sheet, including shapes resembling a flower, a bowl, and a figure. Smears of brown clay cover much of the white surface. The child wears a checked garment and a bracelet, and only the hands and lower part of the body are visible.2006-05-05International Remembrance of Hindu HolocaustA photograph of handmade clay sculptures on a table covered with brown paint splatters. Several small seated figures modelled in terracotta-coloured clay line a raised clay ridge at the top, while a tall stacked clay figure and a rounded clay mound stand in the centre. A sculpted clay flower or lotus shape with a wooden stick sits at left, and a clay animal-like form appears at right. No physical people are visible; the figures are art objects made by hand.2006-05-05September 19 20112011-09-19 +1 copiesA photograph of a large square excavation pit dug into reddish-brown earth, filled with murky brownish water at the bottom. Walls of the pit show layered soil and vertical striations. Scattered debris, a small white object and a purple cloth or bag appear at the upper left edge. No people are visible; the scene looks like a construction site trench or foundation dig.2007-03-29October 01 20102010-10-01
