Outdoor construction site on bare red earth with heaps of dirt, scattered grey stone blocks and rubble, and a partly built low wall of concrete blocks. A blue dump truck with a yellow cab stands at the back, and workers in light clothing handle blocks and debris. A few people are visible: a man in white shirt and dark trousers crouching by a block wall at left, a man in a white shirt standing at far left, a worker on the truck bed, and figures in bright saris near the red-and-white buildings on the right. Trees, palms and a clear sky frame the scene, with a bird in flight at top centre.
