A photograph of an ongoing construction site under a pale sky. In the foreground, a large heap of rusty steel reinforcement rods lies on bare dirt. Behind it stands a white signboard reading "Amanda Nivas" with a rendering of a multi-storey building and "1000 Bed Dormitory G+3 Floors" printed beneath. Behind the board, a concrete-framed building with exposed rebar and bamboo scaffolding is partly built, with blue tarpaulin and a corrugated shed to the left. Two or three figures in white clothing are visible at the right edge and near the building base.
