A large street crowd of men fills a city road, many in white shirts and dhotis, with some wearing saffron and orange clothing and turbans. Police in khaki uniforms with helmets line the procession. Above the crowd, colourful umbrellas, red, yellow and green banners and handheld placards in Kannada script are visible, and a yellow-and-red flag is carried. A decorated round table platform with a wheel emblem moves through the throng, and a yellow bus and trees stand behind. The scene suggests a rally or procession.
