Evening photo of an outdoor annadhan food service at a temple-like space under a striped red, green and orange canopy. A woman in a rust-red sari with a brown blouse sits on red steps beside a dais draped in red cloth, holding a ladle over a large steel pot. A woman in a red and yellow silk sari with a red border stands in front, holding a plate of food over a second steel pot set on an orange cloth. Behind them a golden trident stands near a figure draped with white and green garlands on the left edge. Several boys and a man in a white shirt stand in the background, and a steel plate sits on the steps.

On a raised platform with red steps sits a seated figure in a red-maroon garment with a long green-and-white flower garland, behind a golden trident and an ornate silver umbrella. The figure appears to be a deity murti or statue rather than a living person, given its painted, static appearance. In front, a woman in a dark red sari kneels on the steps serving from a large steel vessel. Several people in mixed clothing, including a woman in an orange-and-yellow saree and women in teal and blue sarees, stand in a line holding steel plates and bowls. A small boy with a white forehead mark sits in the lower foreground. Steel plates are stacked on the steps.2019-08-18August 18 20192019-08-18August 18 20192019-08-18
