Behind them, people in white and red-orange shawls stand with hands folded or clasped. A red and pink flower arrangement and a gold-rimmed tray sit in the foreground, and a tall red-orange ritual staff is visible at the top left. The setting resembles a ceremonial blessing or initiation with a crowd of devotees watching.2015-09-14July 10 20132013-07-10 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated figure in an orange-red turban, orange-red and gold saffron robes and a double-strand beaded rudraksha-style mala necklace, smiling as he raises his right hand to press a mark on the forehead of a man in a white shirt and red shawl. The man, with short dark hair, bows his head forward with his palms open. Behind them, seated devotees in white clothes and red shawls sit on the floor of a hall with warm ceiling lights and framed display panels on the wall. A woman in a dark top smiles in the background. The turbaned figure, in appearance, is a probable Swamiji in his distinctive saffron robes, turban and rudraksha mala, performing a blessing; the bowing man is a devotee receiving it.2015-07-03A seated figure in a rust-orange turban, orange-and-gold robe and layered beaded necklaces places his hand on the forehead of a bearded man in a white kurta with an orange patterned shawl. Behind them is a red draped backdrop and an ornate gold throne-like chair edge. The seated figure's eyes are closed as he gives the blessing, a gesture consistent with darshan. Two people are visible.2015-10-25February 06 20162016-02-06October 21 20152015-10-21 +1 copiesPhotograph of an indoor satsang setting. A man in a red-orange turban, bare-chested under a saffron-and-gold shawl with a gold-threaded wrap and multiple rudraksha malas and gold beaded necklaces, sits smiling broadly in a leather armchair. He is touched on the forehead by a man in a white shirt with an orange-and-red printed shawl and a purple beaded bracelet, who is kneeling and reaching up to him. Seated devotees and onlookers in the background wear white and sarees. The appearance suggests a person, seated in a carved leather chair being blessed by a devotee, and his role is the honoured teacher.2015-07-03February 06 20162016-02-06A seated man in a red turban, red and turquoise beaded garlands, a gold chain and an orange-and-yellow shawl raises his right hand to touch the forehead of a standing man in white clothes with a white headband and white ash marks, who presses his palms together in greeting. A lanyard badge hangs from the standing man's waist. Behind them, other devotees in white and orange stand near a golden deity murti and a red-draped seat in a night-time setting.2015-08-09
