A person with long hair tied in a back bun, wearing a red-and-gold saffron-toned garment, a beaded necklace and bangles, extends an arm to touch the forehead of a seated middle-aged man in a maroon striped polo shirt with a rudraksha mala and a name badge. The man's hands are raised in prayer-like gesture. A golden kalasha or metal vessel sits in the lower foreground. Two women in white stand behind, and a rippled cream-and-brown backdrop fills the background. The blessing appears to be a diksha-style touch.2014-01-05October 04 20132013-10-04October 04 20132013-10-04September 29 20132013-09-29A seated man with a pink floral garland, a rudraksha mala and orange-red clothing reaches forward to touch the forehead of a woman in a white blouse and red shawl with a red border. A silver trident-topped staff stands between them, and gold lion-head ornaments rest in the foreground on a blue-carpeted platform. Behind them are a framed colourful painting and a brown leather chair in an indoor hall. The woman's hand is raised toward her head as the blessing is given. The man's appearance (long swept-back hair, garland, rudraksha mala, orange clothing) matches the page's Swamiji reference, so this is probable Swamiji (probable) giving a forehead blessing to a devotee.2014-05-10A seated man in an orange-red draped robe with a golden border and a brown rudraksha mala around his neck places his right hand on the forehead of a man in a white shirt with an orange-red scarf. His hair is swept back in a bun and he has a white tilak on his forehead. The recipient closes his eyes and holds his left hand near his face. Behind them, a golden-clad deity murti is decorated with yellow and red flower garlands, and two women in white with red borders stand at the right. An air conditioner and a sea-wave picture sit in the background. Appearance-based label: a person, giving a blessing in person, with the bun, orange-red robe and rudraksha mala as cues.2013-09-13Photograph of an indoor satsang-style session in front of a backdrop of red draped fabric. In the foreground, a man in a vertically striped red, white and beige shirt bows forward with his head lowered while a robed figure extends a hand over his head in a blessing gesture. Behind them a woman in a white garment sits with hands together, and another woman in a red and dark top watches from the left. Gold bangles are visible on the blessing hand and on a wrist.2012-08-21 +1 copiesMay 10 20142014-05-10September 29 20132013-09-29
