The central seated figure has long matted dreadlocks, wears a reddish-orange robe, a heavy gold pendant and a large multicolour floral garland, and holds an orange fruit. A man in olive-and-brown camouflage uniform kneels barefoot before the throne with head bowed. To the left, a man in a black shirt stands watching, and a bare-chested man with dreadlocks and a white forehead mark holds an orange fruit beside the throne. A leopard-print cushion rests at the right. Appearance-based, this seated figure is a person (wearing dreadlocks, a saffron robe, a gold necklace and garlands on a throne), but the identification is uncertain.2018-04-14April 14 20182018-04-14Photograph of a seated figure on an ornate silver throne with leopard-print cushions, backed by a large garland of yellow and red flowers and a decorated blue-and-gold arch. Attendants flank him: on the left a man in orange cloth with a leopard-print headband and an orange-robed man with orange beads, on the right a woman in orange with a rudraksha mala holding a flower. A devotee in a pink shirt and dark trousers prostrates on the red carpet before the throne, with an orange fruit nearby. He holds an orange fruit in his right hand while his left arm rests on the throne. Behind him a golden embroidered canopy is hung with yellow and red flower garlands. To the left, a bare-chested attendant in orange cloth and rudraksha beads reaches up to adjust garlands. A man in a white striped shirt and grey trousers kneels before the throne with his head bowed. The swami on the throne has distinctive long hair and a rudraksha-style ceremonial look, so the central figure is a probable Swamiji, seated on the throne as a devotee kneels in darshan.2018-04-14A photograph of a ceremonial seated figure on an ornate silver throne against a backdrop of yellow and red marigold garlands and a jeweled arch. The seated man wears a rust-red robe, a heavy gold necklace and gold waist ornament, and a dark turban-style tied hair with a red tilak; he smiles and holds an orange fruit. Before him kneels a long-haired devotee in orange robes with dreadlocks, and a standing attendant in orange garments with rudraksha beads holds an object near the throne. Red floor cloth is scattered with petals. The seated figure's appearance is consistent with the presentation cues described on the page, but the image does not allow confident identification, so the seated figure is recorded as a person by appearance only.2018-04-14April 14 20182018-04-14April 14 20182018-04-14
