Night photo taken from an elevated vantage of a large outdoor gathering on a dirt ground. A crowd of many people dressed mostly in white clothing moves and stands around a brightly lit, decorated float or palanquin at the centre, framed by an arch of white and pink lights with floral and fabric decorations. Several people in white and a few in red garments are visible, and the surrounding pavilion roof and lit stands are seen at the top edge.
