The person has long dark hair and wears a white garland around the neck, an orange upper garment and an orange lower wrap. A white and red garland hangs over the shoulder, and a second garland of yellow and red flowers is looped on the trunk to the right. Scattered marigold petals and flower heads lie on the sandy ground at the base of the tree. A second, partly visible person in white clothes stands in the dark background at left. The lighting is a harsh spotlight on the ground, leaving the rest of the scene in shadow. Possibly a ritual circumambulation or veneration of the tree. A white cloth hangs at the upper left corner.2007-01-01A barefoot man in a red wrap stands at night beside the trunk of a large banyan tree, his head turned away from the camera. He wears a flowing salmon-pink shawl over his shoulders and an orange dhoti, with a red and yellow flower garland with green leaves around his neck, and his long dark hair falls past his shoulders. The surrounding area is dark with bare trunks faintly visible. A small purple bird logo appears at the top left and a copyright line sits at the lower right. Swamiji (probable) appears to be the man, based on long swept-back hair, saffron-orange clothing and the garland.2008-01-03July 20 20102010-07-20
