Outdoor relief distribution under a corrugated metal roof beside palm trees. A person in an orange saffron robe with long braided hair sits on a red plastic chair, holding a white packet and handing items to people. Around him, several men wear pale green and white disposable head caps; one wears a red sleeveless vest and an orange-and-pink lungi, another wears a black t-shirt and checked lungi, and others wear white shirts. A cameraman with a video camera stands at the left edge. The orange-robed figure has long braided hair and a saffron garment, a visual cue consistent with the page's a person reference, but appearance alone is not conclusive, so the identity remains uncertain.
