A large outdoor gathering under a canopy of orange and yellow streamers and triangular pennants. Rows of seated devotees fill the foreground on a red carpet, many men in white t-shirts printed with colourful multi-armed figures, and some women in white and orange saris. On a raised platform at the back, saffron-robed sadhus and figures in white sit near a central seat, with a small ceremonial setup and flags nearby. A sign above reads Sri Ananda Shiva. Several people stand in white kurtas behind the platform.
