Outdoor scene on a dirt road beside a concrete block wall under a clear blue sky. A white horse with a white draped saddle cloth and red-and-white harness pulls an ornate red-and-white carriage with silver-toned decorative panels and spoked wheels. Multicoloured balloons in red, blue, green, yellow and white are tied to the carriage. A man in a dark jacket stands on the carriage holding the reins, while two men in dark clothing stand beside it, one reaching toward the balloons. A blue signboard with partly visible Telugu-style script stands at left beside a tree. Pale sky and dry ground fill the background.
