A standing figure in orange and red robes stands barefoot beside a massive banyan tree with many aerial roots and a dark hollow opening at its base. The person, with hair tied back, leans in with head bowed and hands folded in front, appearing to pray or offer reverence at the tree shrine. In the left foreground a woman with long dark wavy hair wears a flowing saffron-orange garment and presses her body against the tree trunk with her arms wrapped around it, while a man in white clothing stands in the background at the left edge. Dry leaves cover the sandy ground.

A photograph of a large ancient banyan tree with dense, sprawling aerial roots and a thick trunk. A figure in a flowing red-orange sari with a gold border stands at the right, facing the tree, with bare feet and gold-toned bangles on the arm, long dark hair falling down the back. The figure appears to be in quiet devotion before the tree, which has a small dark opening at its base; a white stone platform and a red cloth are at the lower right. The setting is an outdoor grove with sunlight on the bark.

A barefoot man with long dark hair stands on bare earth beside a huge old banyan tree with thick grey trunks and many hanging aerial roots. He wears a flowing saffron-orange robe draped over one shoulder and looks off to the side. A dark hollow opening sits at the base of the trunk behind him. Possible a person depiction: an orange-robed figure with long swept-back hair and a bare-footed ascetic presentation, but the face is too small and the cues are not distinctive enough to confirm identity.

A person in an orange saffron wrap, bare-backed and barefoot, walks toward a massive banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots and a dark hollow shrine opening at its base. The person holds a long staff and the sandy ground is bare around the tree. The figure's head is visible from behind with dark hair. Greenery and a small structure appear in the background.

A photograph of a person in an orange saffron dhoti and shawl with maroon borders, bare-backed, standing barefoot and pressed against the massive trunk of a banyan tree with dense aerial roots. The figure wears a rudraksha mala around the neck and leans forward with hands on the bark. At the base of the tree is a small stone shrine recess with a dark opening, set on a sandy ground with stone platforms nearby. The figure's face is not visible, so identity cannot be determined from appearance.

Outdoor photograph beneath a large banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots and thick trunks. A woman in a bright red top and orange-red long skirt walks toward the trunk on sandy ground. On the right, a dark stone deity murti is draped in orange cloth and sits beside a rocky base with a coiled serpent figure in the foreground. On the left, a person in white sits near a shallow reflective pool. A small brick-and-stone planter stands at the lower left, and offerings with white cloths lie near the murti.

A figure in a flowing saffron-orange robe stands with their back to the camera, facing a large ancient banyan tree with thick, twisting aerial roots and buttress trunks. The figure's long dark hair is visible, and the person stands on a white-painted raised platform within a circular white-edged ground of red earth. Nearby a small white structure and a dark reflective tiled surface lie at the lower left, with a few other small figures in the far background at right. The scene suggests a sacred tree shrine with devotees paying homage at the trunk.
