A woman in a white polka-dot top with a dark hair bun and bangles leans over a home shrine on a white tiled floor against yellow walls. She places a green banana leaf onto a round dish of food, next to a brass plate of offerings. On the shrine are small deity figurines, a golden murti, marigold and garland decorations, blue petals, brass oil lamps with a lit flame, and a bronze Ganesha figure at the lower left. Behind them a large printed portrait shows a bearded man with hands in namaste, wearing a rudraksha-style bead necklace, gold ornaments, and red-orange robes. The portrait is a printed picture, not a physical person, and its caption is not legible.2021-06-28A woman in a white polka-dot top and gold bangles lights an oil lamp on a banana leaf at a home shrine. Behind the shrine is a large cutout portrait of a bearded man in a red turban and red robe, wearing pearl and gold necklaces and holding his hands together. The altar holds small brass and golden deity murti, blue flower petals, a red and white flower garland, a brass kalasha and a small Ganesha-style figure on the lower left. The walls are yellow and the floor is white tile.2021-06-28KAILASA KULIM, MALAYSIA on 7/2/20212021-07-02KAILASA KULIM, MALAYSIA on 6/25/20212021-06-25A photograph of a home shrine altar with a yellow backdrop. A bare-shouldered man in the left foreground leans over the altar to make offerings. Centre back is a large cut-out or printed image of a seated figure with a red and gold turban, multiple gold and bead necklaces, a gold pendant, and red-orange robes, hands in a blessing gesture; the page does not establish that this depiction is a person, so no identity is asserted. Before it stand small statues: a Shiva-form figure with trident, a goddess in yellow sari, a gold-toned Ganesha relief at left, a golden Lakshmi-type figure at right, and a framed deity image in the lower left. Brass bowls hold offerings, a lit oil lamp, a brass pedestal lamp, a plate of flower petals, incense sticks, and a red-lidded jar, with a marigold garland hanging at the right edge.2021-07-02KAILASA KULIM, MALAYSIA on 6/18/20212021-06-18KAILASA KULIM, MALAYSIA on 6/18/20212021-06-18KAILASA KULIM, MALAYSIA on 6/28/20212021-06-28KAILASA KULIM, MALAYSIA on 6/30/20212021-06-30KAILASA KULIM, MALAYSIA on 6/19/20212021-06-19KAILASA KULIM, MALAYSIA on 6/28/20212021-06-28Photo 99168132022-06-05 +1 copies
