A woman in orange clothes with long dark hair sits on a wooden pony saddle, while a man in a grey cap and dark jacket rides a donkey in the foreground. Other pilgrims in orange headscarves and layered clothing walk alongside, some riding donkeys and mules, and a man in a blue shirt leads them down the path.

Several people crowd the narrow path: a man in an orange rain poncho sits on a white pony, a figure in orange robes walks beside a horse, a person in a blue jacket holds an orange umbrella, and a woman in a blue top and orange shawl is seated near a wooden litter or basket on the trail. A figure in white shirt and orange garment with a silver-grey head covering stands in the middle. Several young men in casual clothes, some with a rifle slung visible behind them, surround the group. Rocky striated cliffs rise on the right, streaked with moss.2008-06-30June 30 20082008-06-30June 30 20082008-06-30 +1 copiesA photograph taken on a mountain trail beside a rock cliff covered in green shrubs, with a group of pilgrims walking along the path. In the foreground on the right, a smiling man with long dark hair wears an orange-saffron robe with an orange sweater and holds a thin rope or stick raised in one hand, seated on a mule or pony-like ride. A younger woman on the left wears a rust-red headscarf and maroon top, with a dark bag on her lap. Behind them, several men wear orange shawls and caps, one in a grey hoodie, and another in a red plaid shirt. The setting is a Himalayan trek, consistent with a Yamunotri pilgrimage route.2006-05-24
