A photograph of a food-serving scene at an indoor event. A man seated on an ornate gold-and-red throne chair wears a saffron-orange wrap, a red-and-orange shawl and a beaded rudraksha-style mala; he reaches toward a large silver bowl of yellow rice and scoops food with his right hand. A woman in an orange sari with a dark blue border leans over a white-clothed table, reaching for the food on a banana leaf. Behind them, a woman in a cream sari with red border stands beside a second man in white dhoti and red shawl working at steel pots, and a woman in white with a beaded necklace stands at the right. Several people appear in the background. Steel bowls and pots sit on the table with scattered rice.

A man in a saffron-red and gold dhoti with a rudraksha mala sits on an ornate gold throne-like chair and scoops rice from a large silver bowl, passing food to a woman in a green sari and red shawl who holds a plate. Behind them a woman in white with a red shawl stands at a table of steel pots, another woman in a white and gold sari serves from a pot, and a young man in a white t-shirt with a red shawl sits at the right. Banana leaves, scattered rice and a blue curtain complete the scene. The seated man is presented as a person, identified by saffron-and-gold ceremonial dress, rudraksha mala and gold throne, but his face and hair are not clearly distinctive enough to confirm.2015-12-20A seated man in a rust-red and saffron-banded robe, with a dark rudraksha mala and gold-toned ornaments, holds out a handful of yellow rice to a woman in an orange blouse, white sari with gold border and red scarf, who is also holding rice. Silver serving bowls and steel trays of yellow rice sit on a white-covered table in front of them, with a gold-carved throne at left. Behind them, people in white dhotis and cream saris with red shawls serve food under a white tent with a blue backdrop. The seated man shows cues of long swept-back hair and rudraksha, so he is a person candidate in a seated, serving role at a food offering.2015-12-20 +1 copiesDecember 20 20152015-12-20 +1 copiesA seated man with a dark hair knot, rudraksha mala necklaces and a red-and-gold sash over an orange-red dhoti sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions and reaches into a large silver bowl of yellow-gold rice.
