Outdoor photo of a tall dark flagpole topped with an orange saffron flag against a partly cloudy blue sky, with palm fronds and green shrubs around it. In the lower left, a person in a red-brown turban and red-brown robe, with white and red flower garlands, looks up toward the flag. Other people stand beside them, one bald man in an orange-trimmed garment at the left edge. Small red petals or flower scraps drift in the air. The flag-hoisting appears to be the central act.
