Outdoor photograph of a large black stone Shiva lingam on a raised platform in the middle of a rectangular reflecting pool, with a tall rainbow-coloured arch behind it. Rows of black lingams with yoni bases line the railing in the foreground. On the red-tiered stands at left, a group of about 30 people in white clothes sit in rows, and a few people in orange stand near the steps and the lingam platform. A red multi-storey building stands at right.
