A man in an orange kurta and white dhoti kneels on a white cloth with palms pressed together in namaskar, smiling toward a figure seated on a white cushion at right. That seated figure wears an orange robe, a long white and red flower garland, and has long dark hair swept back; his arm is extended outward in a gesture of speech. Behind them stand several onlookers: a woman in a white sari at left with her hair in a bun, a man in a grey shirt, a man in a striped shirt, a woman in white with a rudraksha mala, and an older man in a cream kurta with a rudraksha mala talking on a mobile phone. Rose petals are scattered on the cloth. a person: the seated figure in orange with long swept-back hair and a flower garland is a candidate for a person, though the cues are not conclusive.2009-09-10
