A night-time photograph of a relief-distribution scene beside a green truck with a large orange banner on its side. The banner shows a man in an orange turban and a Tamil caption fragment. Several men and a girl in a long skirt stand in the dark near bare trees; a man in white stands on the truck bed. Two young men in the foreground, one in a grey t-shirt and light checked lungi and one in a blue checked shirt, raise their arms, and a boy in a red-and-white checked shirt smiles beside them.
