Outdoor photo of a man in an orange-red sleeveless garment and draped orange cloth adjusting a large garland of white jasmine and yellow marigold flowers on a gilded ornate structure. Dry straw or grass is tucked near the garland. A black water tank and corrugated roof sit behind him under a dusk sky. The man is one physical person; his face is partly turned and the appearance is not clear enough to confirm identity.
