A street procession outside a building with a banner backdrop. Several men in white dhotis and shirts carry a wheel-like frame holding multiple clay lamps (diyas) with flames, decorated with green leaves and garlands. One man in a white dhoti with a garland holds the frame, while others in white and orange-trimmed shirts gesture and walk alongside. Wooden poles with decorated tops rise in the background, and a silver van is parked behind. A large poster above shows a smiling woman in orange and a banyan tree, with Tamil text on the banner.
