A large dark stone Shivalinga is decorated with a thick garland of marigolds, red and yellow flowers and green leaves wrapped in loops around it. A figure with long dark hair in a red-orange garment stands on a raised platform at the top of a metal staircase, sheltered by a multicolored fringed umbrella. Several other people in orange clothing stand on the staircase below. A small white drone flies in the blue sky above, and a few spectators watch from a building to the right. The stone base has a wide lower pedestal and the scene is outdoors in daylight. The figure's appearance shows long hair and a red-orange garment, but the identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone.

A metal staircase with white railings climbs to a platform beside it. On the platform, a painted statue of a man with long dark hair and a dark crown or headdress sits in an orange-red garment with a garland around the neck, with another figure partly visible behind him. Below on the stairs, figures in orange robes stand near oil lamps on the steps. Overcast sky and a reddish wall lie behind.
