Outdoor relief distribution on a dirt road beside a concrete bridge with white railings, flat sandy ground and palm trees behind. A yellow-and-orange truck with a red banner stands at centre; several people in saffron and orange garments stand on or beside it. A man in a white shirt on the truck bed films with a camera. A crowd of villagers, mostly men in white shirts and lungis, and a few women and children, gathers around, and one man in a beige shirt holds a paper plate of food. Green-and-white fencing lines the right side.
