A shaved-headed man sits cross-legged on a dark grey mat, performing a seated arm stretch by pulling one forearm across his chest with the opposite hand. He wears a sleeveless maroon top, beige trousers, a red tilak on his forehead and a beaded necklace with a round gold pendant. Behind him stands a potted green plant and a large painted backdrop of a figure in red and gold robes, beside a dark red velvet curtain and a wooden pedestal. This looks like a yoga practice session rather than a ritual.
