Outdoor photo on a wet, rainy day near a small roadside structure labelled "FEWA BOAT ASSOCIATION". A crowd of about 25 devotees in orange shawls and white or blue clothes photograph a man on the right with long dark hair, a headband, orange robes and a green-and-gold shawl. Several people hold umbrellas and cameras, and a woman in white stands at left. A figure in similar orange-and-green robes and a crown-like headband stands at the right edge, with the crowd facing him. Trees and a green railing are behind.
