Night outdoor gathering of a very large crowd seated on the ground behind wooden stake barriers, most wearing white clothes and many with headphones. A large vertical banner on a pole shows a woman in a saffron-and-white robe speaking into a microphone, with Tamil text printed at its top. Stage lights on a tall frame illuminate the scene, and a decorated float or chariot with colourful fabric sits at the left edge. Dense rows of people fill the frame, and a few men in white stand near the front. The banner depicts a speaker, not a physical person present, and no visible face is attributed to a person.
