Night photograph of an outdoor evening cultural performance on a dirt ground. A barefoot man in a blue short-sleeved shirt and dark trousers stands centre, holding a flaming torch aloft on a pole, with fire at its tip. Behind him an audience of many people in white clothes, several wearing yellow or gold neck cords, sits on white plastic chairs and watches. A white van and a blue Dhyanapeetam signboard appear in the background, along with a lit lamp on a pole. Some people stand at the rear. The scene is an outdoor night event.
