Outdoor photo at a temple-type setting with a large black stone structure behind. A central figure in a red-orange garment and a white-and-red flower garland stands beside a floral-decorated pillar, with a brass oil lamp and a silver tray of rose petals to the right. A second person in an orange-red robe kneels on a striped red and blue cloth near a gilded seat draped in white and garlanded with flowers. Seated devotees in the lower right raise their hands, and a woman in red is among them. Purple and red flower garlands hang overhead.

A festival scene beside a large black stone structure with a carved base and a water-filled stepped tank behind it. A gilded, flower-garlanded palanquin with white cloth pillars sits on the left, draped with colourful striped blankets. A woman in a red sari stands near a tall floral-decorated pole with a brass oil lamp and a plate of petals on the black platform. Many devotees in white clothes and red-and-yellow scarves crowd around, some pushing and lifting the palanquin, some seated on the blankets, with several bald-headed men among them. Marigold and rose garlands hang across the scene.2009-06-09June 09 20092009-06-09A smiling man with long, wet, dark hair stands before a large black stone lingam being bathed in water. He wears a red garment draped over his body and a long garland of white flowers with red-and-white beads, along with a dark rudraksha mala. His hands are pressed together in a gesture of greeting or reverence. A silver pot stands at the right edge beside scattered flower petals and a pink cloth, and water streams down the black stone behind him.2009-06-09A central figure with voluminous black hair piled high and a white tilak on the forehead sits seated at the centre of a ritual, wearing a pink and orange-red garland of flowers, a heavy gold necklace and a rudraksha mala. Around them, attendants in saffron and orange robes with white ash markings on their faces and arms assist. Colourful garlands of marigolds and flowers hang on the pillars behind, and a brass vessel stands at left. Several devotees in the foreground are seen from behind and from the side, with one child in a maroon top at lower centre. The setting appears to be a temple puja with floral decoration.2016-03-07July 16 20112011-07-16March 07 20162016-03-07March 10 20132013-03-10June 09 20092009-06-09June 09 20092009-06-09A photograph of a temple ritual with a central figure seated on the floor, smiling, wearing a large black upswept turban-like hairstyle with green leaves tucked in, a red and yellow marigold garland, gold ornaments and a rudraksha mala, with a red-brown garment and white ash marks on the arms. Around him, several men in saffron and orange robes with white forehead and body markings assist, one holding a large round metal plate and another pouring or tending at a stone stand. Behind them, a golden deity murti of a seated figure and tall garlands in yellow, red and purple decorate the shrine. The setting suggests an abhishekam with ash and offerings. Probable Swamiji appearance: the central figure has a swept-up black crown-like hairstyle, ornate gold necklace and rudraksha mala, matching the page's Swamiji reference.2016-03-07A man in a rust-red turban and saffron-brown robe stands on a raised platform with both arms lifted overhead. He wears a long red and yellow flower garland with a rudraksha mala across his chest, and the platform is heaped with white and yellow flowers at his feet. Behind him, orange-robed men with white sandalwood marks on their bodies and shaved heads stand near a metal railing, and a stepped stone amphitheatre with rows of seats and red flags fills the background. Swamiji (probable): the turban, red-and-gold garlands, rudraksha mala and ceremonial reception on the platform are the qualifying cues for the lead figure, who is honoured as a guest of a satsang event.2015-07-31March 07 20162016-03-07
