Night procession on a illuminated golden palanquin (shibika) with a lit canopy of multicoloured tassels overhead. A deity murti or image stands under an arched backdrop of white lights, decorated with garlands. In the foreground a bare-backed man in an orange-saffron dhoti and head wrap faces the murti, holding the carrier poles, with a trishul-like staff at the sides. The palanquin carries ornate gold panels and red and marigold garlands. Dark night sky and street lamps frame the scene.
