Dozens of devotees in white dhotis, white shirts and white saris crowd the path, while women in orange, yellow and purple saris walk among them. A man at right wears white and holds a long yellow cord from a decorated canopy, and an ornate ratha or palanquin with orange and yellow flower garlands and an umbrella-shaped canopy is visible at upper right. Along the right foreground, people in white stand behind a white-covered table. Banana plants, a black water-tank stack and a truck with loudspeakers stand behind the crowd, and yellow signs read Toilet Gents and Toilet Ladies. A pale-skinned bald man in white at upper right holds the canopy cord.2010-01-01A dense outdoor crowd presses along a tree-lined road in what appears to be a procession or welcome. A central figure in an orange-saffron robe with a matching orange garland and long dark hair stands out above the crowd, with hands raised and a smiling expression. Around him, many men in white shirts and white dhotis, some with yellow shawls and orange cloth, reach toward him and clap or wave. Several bald and white-clad attendants move nearby. Behind the crowd, large banners with portraits and printed Tamil text hang from poles and a small pale structure is visible. Some people wear vibhuti and red tilak marks. The central figure has long dark hair, orange robes and a garland, which is a probable Swamiji appearance cue.2010-12-29July 01 20142014-07-01July 01 20142014-07-01June 29 20142014-06-29 +1 copiesFebruary 02 20092009-02-02June 29 20142014-06-29 +1 copiesJuly 01 20142014-07-01November 22 20102010-11-22August 03 20092009-08-03
