Dusk photograph at a tank with stone steps and a red-tiered spectator stands. A central figure in a saffron-orange robe wears a large white flower garland and a rudraksha mala, smiling as he descends toward the water. Behind him a multi-coloured ceremonial umbrella with tassels is held aloft. Near the water stands a dark stone linga-shaped structure wrapped with yellow-orange garlands, with fountain jets nearby. On the left a figure in orange robes with long dark curly hair stands on the steps; to the right a sannyasi in orange with a rudraksha mala holds a silver platter of offerings. Several men in white shirts and white dhotis with yellow shawls assist, and devotees bathe in the water.2010-01-02January 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesFebruary 19 20152015-02-19A photo of a ceremonial procession at a stepped water tank, with a crowd in white dressed devotees lining the steps and banks. In the foreground, a barefoot figure in saffron robes wears a long white and orange flower garland and walks at the front, with a hand extended in gesture, flanked by saffron-clad attendants. Behind them, a helper in white holds a tall silver kalasha decorated with yellow and white flowers, and a red and multicoloured canopy with tassels is held aloft. One attendant in saffron carries a small tray with flowers. The scene is bright, with the water at left reflecting sunlight, and a camera operator is visible at the right edge. Several dozen people are visible in the scene, with the crowd on the steps behind them numbering in the dozens.2009-01-02 +1 copiesDecember 12 20162016-12-12January 02 20092009-01-02February 24 20172017-02-24July 17 20172017-07-17 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20092009-01-02January 02 20092009-01-02January 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20092009-01-02
