A photograph of a crowded covered walkway beside an orange-washed building at an outdoor event. Several seated and standing people wait in line; a man in a light blue shirt and white dhoti sits on a red plastic chair with a paper form, while a woman in a white sari with a gold necklace and a boy in a yellow shirt sit on steps in the foreground. Nearby a man in white dhoti and a man in a grey shirt hold papers and a cardboard box, and a striped pink bag is slung over a shoulder. Colourful bunting stretches across the open ground beyond, with tables and more people in the background.
