Beside him a man in orange stands at the left edge, and a woman in white with a yellow and gold-bordered shawl stands at right, watching. The throne sits before a backdrop printed with a colourful temple gopuram and deity figures, with fruit on a small white table at left.2010-02-10A seated figure in orange robes and a multi-strand beaded necklace sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, raising one hand in blessing. A man in a pink collared shirt bends forward at the feet of the seated figure, touching them in reverence. Around the throne stand attendants: a woman in orange on the left, men in white kurta-style shirts with yellow shawls, and a woman in white with a yellow shawl. The backdrop is a large photographic mural of a banyan tree with hanging aerial roots, and a red panel is at the right edge. The setting suggests a padapuja at a temple or ashram hall.2009-12-16A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back hair, wearing a rudraksha-style beaded mala and a gold ceremonial necklace, sits smiling on an ornate gold throne with red cushions in front of a painted banyan-tree backdrop. Two men in white kurtas stand at left and centre-right, one holding a clear box with red contents toward the seated figure. A man in a light shirt and dark trousers and a man in white with a mala stand to the right, and an orange-robed attendant stands at far left. The scene appears to be a formal devotional offering or honouring at a KAILASA event.2009-12-16February 24 20072007-02-24
