A hand with a gold bangle pours water from a brass vessel above the figure, and water streams down over the statue. The murti wears a cobra hood overhead and stands beside an animal figure, with another dark sculpture partly visible at right against a maroon curtain. This is a stone abhishekam in progress, with no people visible except the pouring hand.2022-01-31A photograph of an abhishekam being performed on a set of dark stone Navagraha murtis arranged on a black platform with red-brown bases. A hand holding a brass kalasha pours water over the central figures, which is streaming down in a white spray. Bare forearms are visible, one wearing a thin white thread and a gold bangle. The nine-planet figures are carved with crowns and some hold attributes; the leftmost figure has hands folded in namaste. A gold-toned wall and dark curtain form the background.2022-01-31A close photo of a black stone deity murti being bathed with water. A hand wearing a thin yellow bangle tips a brass vessel, pouring liquid over a dark standing figure with a tall conical crown and an arm raised. Behind it stand another dark stone sculpture with a pointed top and a larger dark pillar-like murti on the right. The stone is wet and glistening, and pink flowers sit at the base on a glass shelf. This appears to be an abhishekam ritual; no people are visible beyond the hand.2022-08-26 +1 copiesDark stone deity murti figures on a wet abhishekam platform with water pouring over them. A standing four-armed figure at centre holds an object in one raised hand while water runs down its body, and a seated figure on an animal mount sits at left on a pinkish-orange base. Other carved stone forms, including a tall rounded stele and a large figure at right, are also doused with water. Burgundy drapery and a golden wall sit behind the sculptures. No people are visible.2022-08-26 +1 copiesKAILASA HOUSTON, USA on 1/31/20222022-01-31
