Photograph inside a gilded temple-style hall. A bare-chested man in orange-red cloth with a red and white garland and a sandalwood-and-kumkum forehead mark sits on a red-cushioned golden throne, extending his right arm toward a kneeling older man in a light blue shirt and glasses who offers a green lime or fruit. The seated man holds a silver staff with a finial, and a brass oil lamp burns in the foreground. A woman in white with a brown shawl and beaded necklace stands at right.2015-11-12 +1 copiesOctober 23 20152015-10-23A seated figure in orange and rust robes with a white flower garland and gold armlets sits on a red and leopard-print cushioned seat, pouring from a terracotta pot into a metal dish held by a kneeling elderly man in white clothing with a brown beaded necklace. Behind them, women in orange and rust saffron robes with rudraksha malas hold a tray of white offerings, and a decorated gold-and-floral deity murti stands on a red carpeted floor beside a blue patterned backdrop with a fan. This appears to be a padapuja-style ritual. The seated figure has long swept-back hair and saffron-orange clothing with ceremonial gold ornaments, a cue combination consistent with the page's Swamiji reference, so the appearance-based label applies.2014-08-17A photograph of a seated man on a silver ornate throne draped with leopard-print cloth, wearing a red-orange turban with a crescent moon ornament, a rudraksha mala, a gold pendant and a large floral garland of white and orange flowers. He reaches out to place his hand on the forehead of a kneeling devotee in white clothes with a beaded necklace, while another devotee in a dark top kneels in front and a smiling woman in white stands behind. A large silver deity murti stands at right.2018-04-17June 21 20142014-06-21 +1 copiesA photo of a seated bearded man with long dreadlocked hair, a crescent moon ornament and a tall rudraksha crown, wearing rust-red draped cloth and a three-line white tilak. He reaches out to press a dab of white marking onto the forehead of a kneeling man in a white kurta with rudraksha mala, who holds his palms joined. Behind them, women in orange and blue saris, some with rudraksha malas, stand in a hall, with an ornate silver throne armrest on the left. The scene suggests a blessing or darshan moment. Swamiji appearance is a probable match: long dreadlocks, crown of rudraksha and crescent, rust-red robes and throne cues.2018-03-31A seated man in an orange-brown robe with a gold-and-white garland and a gold necklace raises a long orange-red rudraksha mala with both hands while a bald devotee in a white kurta and beaded mala kneels before him with palms together, holding a yellow fruit. Behind them, several women in white saris and orange-and-blue sarees stand with palms pressed together, some wearing rudraksha malas. A white-shirted man stands at the right edge beside a red-draped seat with a gold carved armrest. The seated man has a white forehead mark and wears a gold earring. The floor is red carpet and the backdrop is red curtains. The seated man is a probable Swamiji by appearance: long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklace and rudraksha-adorned ceremonial setting, with an orange robe.2014-07-11 +1 copiesApril 26 20182018-04-26 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated figure in saffron-orange robes wearing a long red and yellow marigold garland, reaching out to touch the forehead of a man in a white shirt with an orange shawl and a gold wristwatch. The man is standing and bowing with his palms joined in front of him. A silver trident-like staff stands upright between them, and a golden lion-shaped seat and an ornate gold canopy frame the scene. A woman in an orange shawl and a colourful blouse stands with folded hands in the background beside a framed floral textile panel. The seated figure has long swept-back dark hair and is in a blessing gesture, matching a probable Swamiji appearance with saffron clothing, garland and throne-like setting, so swamiji is set to in_person. Three people are visible.2014-05-17A seated figure with long swept-back dark hair, a white forehead marking and red bindi, rudraksha malas and a gold floral necklace sits beside a golden serpent-shaped ornament and silver ritual staff. He extends his right hand to rest on the forehead of a man in a white shirt with an orange-and-dark patterned shawl, who stands with palms raised in reverence. Red drapes and a peacock-feather fan appear at the edges. The devotee receives the blessing in a darshan setting.2014-07-27December 21 20102010-12-21May 06 20162016-05-06
