Outdoor construction site beside a red-brick multi-storey residential building with balconies. Several workmen in lungis and rough shirts work on a paved yard of stone slabs laid over sand. One man in a pink shirt and checked lungi holds a long tool, another in a pink shirt swings a pickaxe-like tool beside a blue tray, and older men in white dhotis and checked shirts stand near cut stone blocks and bricks. A white-turbaned man in a blue shirt gestures at the ground. Bamboo scaffolding, green trees and a corrugated shed sit in the background.
