A photo of a relief camp veranda in Pondicherry. A young man with short dark hair, dressed in an orange-saffron robe, sits cross-legged on a pinkish concrete ledge and looks off to the side. Behind him are stacked cardboard cartons and white plastic relief bundles, a black bag and folded white cloth. A white-walled building with barred windows and a corrugated roof frames the scene, with a green shrub in the foreground.

Night-time photo outside a whitewashed building with a dark wooden door. A man in an orange saffron dhoti and shawl, with a checked orange-and-white headwrap and a rudraksha mala across his chest, stands holding a metal pole with one hand while his other hand rests at his chest. Beside him on the left, a second man in white dhoti and shawl with a rudraksha mala looks away. Behind them are stacked steel vessels, plastic water bottles, a cardboard box and a folded blue tarpaulin. The person in saffron matches the sannyasi presentation of the page's subject, appearance-based and uncertain, so a person is unsure.

Outdoor photo beside a whitewashed concrete block wall with a doorway. A young person with long dark hair and a red bindi stands in the doorway, draped in a saffron-orange cloth over the shoulders and body, looking to the side. To the right, an older man in glasses wears a white dhoti and a saffron-orange shawl over his shoulder, turned toward the doorway. A tree canopy is visible overhead and a red-lidded container sits near the wall.

A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits cross-legged on an orange cushion placed on a low wooden platform, hands folded in his lap, gazing to the side in calm meditation. He has long dark hair swept back and a red tilak on his forehead, and a shawl drapes over his shoulders. A brass vessel sits in the lower foreground on the platform. Behind him on a paved courtyard stands a second man in orange robes with a gold necklace, hands clasped, facing away. Coloured rangoli-style patterns and gravel are on the floor, with a tiled courtyard, bamboo fence, corrugated roofs and palm trees in the background.

Photograph of two men in saffron-orange robes in a covered open-sided hall with a corrugated metal roof and whitewashed walls. On the right, a long-haired man in an orange wrap descends or steps up a grey stepped platform, lifting one bare foot. On the left, a shaved-headed man in orange robes with a small dark bag in his hand stands at the foot of the steps, looking toward him. Behind them is a white statue of a bull or animal figure draped with a colourful cloth, beside a potted palm and a blue stand. Appearance-based label: a person for the long-haired man in an orange wrap, with his long hair and saffron clothing as cues; the shaved-headed man is a devotee in orange.

A photograph of two men in orange saffron clothing in a narrow corridor with white plastered walls. A smiling man in an orange knit cap and orange wrap sits on an orange plastic chair, his hands clasped over his knee and sandals on bare feet. Standing behind him, a second man in orange robes with a rudraksha-style bead necklace smiles. A small white-draped table on the right holds a red lantern-style lamp, a small box and a radio-like device. A plain mat covers the floor, and the setting looks like an ashram or temple back area.

A seated man in a saffron-orange robe with a draped orange shawl sits on a raised cushioned seat with eyes closed, hands resting in his lap, in an open outdoor courtyard of dry earth. Behind him, several men in white dhotis and white shirts with orange or yellow shawls sit cross-legged on mats with eyes closed. Small brass oil lamps and a brass vessel sit in the foreground, and grey ash-like scatter marks the ground. A white building with a red door and a stone deity statue stand in the background, with a small plant and white plastic chairs at right. The man in orange has a rudraksha mala. The appearance is consistent with a person seated in meditation with devotees, though the figure is seen from the side and the features are not clearly distinguishable.

A man sits cross-legged on an orange cushion atop a low wooden platform on a mat outdoors, meditating with hands folded in his lap. He wears a flowing saffron-orange shawl draped over his shoulders and an orange dhoti, with a small red mark on his forehead. A brass kalasha-style vessel with a spout sits on the mat to his left. Behind him a flatbed cart with large spoked wheels and a dark stone or metal sculpture stand against palm trees, and a stack of orange-red cushions or platforms sits on the right.

Beside him a man in white clothes with a yellow shawl sits with hands clasped, and another person in white sits behind. Smoke rises in the foreground from a fire pit, with white stone steps and tropical plants in the background. A brass vessel lies at the lower left.
