Outdoor photo of a festival scene on sandy ground beside tall coconut palms and a row of flags. A seated figure in a red-and-white cushioned seat sits under a multicoloured fringed canopy held aloft by two men in white. Around the seat, people in white kurtas and orange shawls, along with children in pink, yellow and green dresses, stand behind a rope line. In the foreground, men in white shirts and trousers gesture with raised hands while walking. The scene resembles a procession with a canopied seat carried through the grounds.
