Beside him on the left, an older man in a white shirt, dark vest and a green, yellow and red shawl sits watching. To the right, a shaven-headed man in orange robes sits near a tall brass lamp decorated with orange and white flowers. A man in an orange turban and orange shawl stands in front of an ornate gold-toned backdrop with yellow flower garlands at upper right. He has long dark hair falling past his shoulders, a red tilak on his forehead, and wears gold ornamental necklaces over the orange cloth. He smiles and raises one arm toward the right edge of the frame. A partially visible person in white clothing stands at the left edge. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, orange turban and shawl, and gold necklaces match the appearance of the Nithyananda Paramashivam candidate, shown in person.

Several men stand in the background, including one in a maroon shirt and white trousers and others in white shirts. A large printed backdrop with a red temple illustration fills the top of the frame.

Outdoor photo of a smiling man at a procession. He wears an orange saffron turban with a red tilak on his forehead, an orange shawl draped over his shoulders, and a heavy ceremonial gold necklace of large bead-like pendants; his long dark hair falls past his shoulders. Behind him, men in orange robes walk in the crowd, one holding a wooden pole. Above them, a red canopy umbrella and colourful ornamental festival decorations with fringed tassels line the street, with a vehicle and trees in the background. Probable Swamiji: his distinctive long hair, saffron turban and ornate gold necklace match the ceremonial procession setting described by the page, though the identification rests on appearance alone.
