Sepia photograph inside a wooden frame showing a crowd gathered around a central figure in a long dark skirt-like garment and a wrapped upper cloth, with flower garlands draped over the shoulders and chest; a white-clad man stands at the left and a small child in light clothing stands at the right, with other onlookers behind. The picture appears to be an old archival print, not a recent event, and the frame and print are visible at the edges.
