A photograph at an outdoor ceremony under a pink draped tent with a red carpet. In the foreground, a figure in an orange-red sleeveless top with long swept-back dark hair pours or offers something over a silver bowl, beside a gold-coloured ornate vessel draped with an orange cloth and pink flowers. A woman in a white dress with a teal sash and a rudraksha-style beaded necklace stands with palms pressed together in namaste. A man bows his head toward a small boy kneeling and touching the carpet, while a person in orange robes with a gold necklace at right holds a silver plate. Marigold garlands line the carpet and devotees stand in the background.2009-07-07May 02 20122012-05-02A temple ritual scene where several devotees sit in a row wearing white and orange garlands of white flowers with red accents. In the foreground a woman in a red top presses her palms together in prayer, and a bespectacled man on the right has a red bindi. A priest in a white dhoti with a gold border stands at left, reaching down with a hand over the eyes of a seated devotee in a pale kurta. Behind them a man with a grey beard and orange garland sits near steel railings, and an orange-clad figure stands in the background. The setting is a temple hall with a cream floor.2012-05-02A photograph inside a temple hall with arched white walls and a yellow curtain behind. A man with long swept-back dark hair, orange-saffron shawl, long rudraksha-style bead necklaces with gold ornaments, a white jasmine garland, and a vermilion mark on his forehead places his right hand on the head of a kneeling man in a white shirt who presses his palms together in prayer. Another older man in white with grey hair stands beside, also with hands folded. Several men in white shirts and dhotis watch in the background, and a camera on a tripod is visible. The man with the garlands appears to be giving blessing to the devotee. Chest-level white sandalwood or vibhuti marks are visible on the blessing figure's arms and shoulder.2012-06-01A photograph in a domestic room with a white wall, a glass-front cabinet and a silver-and-carved wooden chair at right. A bare-chested man in an orange-and-gold dhoti with a gold necklace and gold bangles stands at right, placing his hands on the head of an elderly man in white who bows with a flower garland, a red shawl and red bangles. Around them, a woman in a pink blouse and white sari holds a garland, a young man in white with a red shawl stands with palms joined, another man in white with a red shawl smiles behind, and an elderly woman in white on the left presses her palms together. The scene reads as a blessing given to devotees at home, with a purple wall and marigold garland at the left edge. The bare-chested figure with long swept-back hair and ornate gold jewellery matches the page's description of a person, who is a probable candidate, although the figure's face is not clearly visible enough to be certain.2014-06-21March 26 20172017-03-26February 09 20122012-02-09August 20 20142014-08-20 +1 copiesDevotees receive a blessing at a gathering.
