November 28 20112011-11-28A photograph of a seated man in white ritual dress with a gold-edged white dhoti and wrap, sitting with hands joined in namaskar. He wears white tripundra marks on the forehead, white ash stripes on his arm and chest, a rudraksha mala, and a gold bangle. Beside him a woman in orange robes with a red-orange forehead mark sits at a microphone stand holding papers open in her lap. Behind them a large banner reads DHYANA, in orange and white. The setting appears to be a stage or hall. The man's appearance does not clearly match the candidate cues, so he is described by role only as a ritual participant.2011-11-01September 22 20112011-09-22November 08 20102010-11-08October 27 20112011-10-27November 15 20112011-11-15November 30 20112011-11-30A man in white ritual dress sits before a microphone with his palms pressed together in namaste, eyes lowered as if chanting. He wears a white dhoti with a gold border, a long rudraksha mala around his neck, rudraksha bracelets on his wrist and upper arm, and white horizontal sacred marks on his shoulder and forehead. A second person in a red top with white forehead marks, hands folded, sits behind a second microphone against a saffron-orange curtain. In the lower right, a brass or orange-toned ritual object and flowers are visible.2012-04-01December 31 20132013-12-31 +2 copiesJune 05 20132013-06-05Two seated men lead a chant at microphones in a plain hall. The man on the left wears white dhoti and shawl with maroon borders, gold ornaments on his arms and a gold necklace, and presses his palms together with eyes closed. The man on the right wears an orange shawl over orange clothing, a long gold bead necklace with a pendant, and white forehead markings; he holds an open book and keeps his eyes closed in recitation. Both appear in devotional sanctity during a satsang session, with a door and pale wall behind them.2010-12-18A shaved-headed man sits cross-legged with eyes closed and palms pressed together in anjali at his chest, wearing a white sacred thread and white dhoti. He is bare-chested with white ash stripes on his arms and shoulders and a red tilak on his forehead, with a gold pendant on a chain. Behind and beside him, several other bare-chested men in white dhotis and white threads sit in meditation or prayer on an orange mat in a hall. The scene reads as a group meditation or satsang session.2018-03-09
