Outdoor street gathering on a sunny day with buses and low buildings behind a crowd of devotees. In the centre, a man in a white shirt and white dhoti holds a flower garland aloft toward a woman in a peach and white checked sari who holds a silver tray of flowers and offerings. Beside them stands a bare-chested man in an orange dhoti holding a brass kalasha topped with green leaves and white and yellow flowers. Women in white saris, pink and green garments, and a woman in dark green-trimmed sari stand around them. Garlands, kumkum and a puja-style offering suggest a ritual procession.
